 - Add Grammar::child() and Grammar::structure()

 - Rename Record::validate() to Record::validate_semantics()
 - Add min(), max() and children() to Gedcom::Grammar.pm
 - Add GEDC and SUBM to royal.ged to accomodate validate_syntax()
 - Fix bug which prevented writing of @s around xref values
