	- Compatible API change to support iterators
	  -- New 'controller' methods can be called on the object
	     returned by tie()
	     --- tied(%hash)->refs (default): return all hash entries
                 as anonymous array refs - this was the old default
	     --- tied(%hash)->iterators: return each item stored in
 	         each key, one at a time, returning 'undef' when there
                 are no more.
