        - The C API's headers (funcutil_callbacks.h, funcutil_export.h)
          are installed, with an ExtUtils::Depends configuration, so a
          dependent XS dist can reach them.

        - FIX: the pre-5.22 op_convert_list fallback called Perl_convert,
          which perl never exports, so the DLL link failed on Windows. It
          no longer calls it, and it now repairs the argument chain core's
          force_list repairs, which the old fallback did not.

        - Fix build on Solaris/illumos: drop GNU-only
          `-Wl,--allow-shlib-undefined` from
          t/xs/funcutil_export_test/Makefile.PL's LDFLAGS branch.
          Sun ld rejects the flag as "unrecognized option" AND
          already permits unresolved symbols at link time by
          default, so removing solaris/sunos from the branch is
          exactly the fix. 0.03 was failing the build on every
          Solaris CPAN-tester perl (5.30.0, 5.30.1, 5.30.3, 5.32.1)
          with `ld: fatal: unrecognized option
          '--allow-shlib-undefined'`. The main FuncUtil.so was
          unaffected (it never asked for the flag); only the
          in-tree test helper triggered it.

        - Fix Perl_xs_boot_epilog fallback in funcutil_compat.h for
          pre-5.22 Perls.
        - Fix Perl_custom_op_register fallback in xop_compat.h for
          pre-5.14 Perls
        - Fix Perl_newUNOP assertion crash on -DDEBUGGING perls (5.18+):
          construct the negate-style custom op as OP_NULL first, then
          set op_type = OP_CUSTOM, mirroring the binop/listop path.
        - Fix build on Solaris/SunOS: drop GNU-only -Wl,--export-dynamic
          flag from LDDLFLAGS; native ld already exports by default.
