    bin/poest is now built dynamically when Build.PL runs from
    bin/poest.PL.

    Added licenses to the repository. Updated build files.

    There was documentation cleanup about.

    Plugins now inherit from POEST::Plugin a bit more, that is,
    POEST::Plugin does some work of inheriting from
    POE::Component::Server::SMTP, POE, and Carp for the plugin.

    Distributed plugins have been updated to show the new style.

    A shell script has been added that helps in running the server in
    test mode, uses POEST::Config::General and etc/poest.config.general.
    It expect a single argument, a command such as 'start' or 'stop'.
