Revision history for RT-Extension-AwayMode 0.05 2026-09-30 - Lower the minimum Perl version from 5.36 to 5.20. The modules declared "use v5.36;" only to get non-experimental subroutine signatures, and Makefile.PL turned that into a hard build-time requirement, so the extension refused to install on older Perls for no real reason. They now ask for v5.20 plus the signatures feature explicitly. - CI: also test against Perl 5.20 and 5.32. 0.04 2026-08-11 - Add Catalan (ca) and Spanish (es) translations. - UPGRADING: the one-time SetApplicableTransTypes tweak for existing installs also updates the scrip condition's description to match its widened behavior. Cosmetic only (it's what the admin UI shows for the condition) -- SetApplicableTransTypes is still the part that actually changes behavior. 0.03 2026-08-07 - Hand tickets off on comments as well as replies. An rt-mailgate run with --action comment records incoming mail as a Comment rather than a Correspond transaction, so a Correspond-only condition never saw those replies. See UPGRADING in the docs: existing installs need a one-time database tweak to widen the installed scrip condition. - New $AwayModeTransactionTypes option to narrow which transaction types trigger the handoff (default: Correspond and Comment). - New $AwayModeIgnorePrivilegedComments option (off by default) to exempt comments written by privileged users, so a colleague's internal note doesn't unassign the ticket. 0.02 2026-08-07 - Let administrators set or clear away mode for other users, from Admin -> Users -> (select a user) -> Settings -> Away Mode. Requires the AdminUsers right and writes the same preference the self-service page does. - Don't hand off a ticket when the away owner is the one replying: if they answer a ticket they own, they're evidently still working on it. - Fix away dates being stored one day early for users in timezones east of UTC. Dates were parsed in the user's timezone but rendered back to ISO in UTC. 0.01 2026-08-06 - Initial release
