  - Switched CLD2 tables from 'full' to 'chrome_2'. This reduces number of languages
    recognized (from 160+ to 80+), but improves the accuracy for the remaining ones.
  - Removed CLD2::GenConstants module and ULScript* related functions.

  - Fixed return value.
  - Fixed LanguageCloseSet to accept string language codes (in addition to integer numbers).
