  Something within Plucene was a showstopper so I do not want to say
  yes everywhere and so I cannot integrate this into MI.yml

  But now I realize that it did not help to exclude Plucene as below.
  The tests are run nonetheless that demand
  Plucene/Analysis/SimpleAnalyzer.pm (and P:Plugin:A:SnowballAnalyzer)

  So I rerun a few Plucene::xxx tests that may or may not have been
  dropped.
